希臘實施資本管制 銀行股市周一起關門

【on.cc東網專訊】 企硬反緊縮的希臘早前宣布，於7月5日就債權人主張的改革方案舉行公投，歐元集團隨即拒絕希臘提出延長現行援助計劃1個月的請求。希臘總理齊普拉斯28日宣布，他接受希臘銀行（Bank of Greece)的建議，於29日周一起實施資本管制，全國銀行及股市將會關閉，呼籲民眾保持冷靜。資本管制的法令列明，銀行會關閉至7月6日，而自動提款機每日提款限額為60歐元。

齊普拉斯在全國廣播中指，歐元集團拒絕延長希臘緊急援助貸款本月30日的期限，歐洲央行亦凍結新增援助貸款，迫使希臘銀行有此措施。齊普拉斯指，歐洲央行明顯地試圖勒索希臘及國民，阻止公投的民主進程。齊普拉斯並無說明銀行關門多久、資本交易有何限制等細節。希臘的財政援助限期為本月30日，如希臘無力向國際貨幣基金組織（IMF）償還16億歐元，將面臨債務違約危機。希臘人數天已擔心限制提款，紛紛湧至銀行擠提，希臘多家銀行連日來均大排長龍。

Just a few hours ago Greek PM Tsipras addressed his nation imploring then to "remain calm" and reassuring them that their "deposits were safe."

It appears the Greeks did not believe him. Many were wondering where the Greek bank lines were for the past several months. Turns out the local depositors were merely waiting until just after the last minute to withdraw their funds... horde gas... and stack food.
